Florida Atlantic University’s John D. MacArthur Campus Library Gallery is hosting “Angels and Insects,” an exhibition by B.A. Bosaiya, an award winning and internationally recognized and exhibited fine art photographer, from Friday, March 27 through Friday, May 15, at the FAU Jupiter campus, 5353 Parkside Drive.
Bosaiya, who is self-taught, specializes in large format photographs of unusual subjects. Most of his subjects are victims of his front porch light, its bright glow a siren song to the sailors of the night air. Others are found on the dusty, ill-lit, spider-patrolled windowsills of his back steps. The exhibition is free and open to the public. The library’s hours are Monday through Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to midnight, Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to midnight.
