Matt
Alber is a former member of the San Francisco-based ensemble,
Chanticleer, which has won two Grammy Awards. He blends
extraordinary emotional nuance with impeccable vocal range and
style. In 2004, Alber released a self-produced album of
experimental songs called
Nonchalant in San Francisco, and within months, he was
signed by Tommy Boy as the first artist to Silver Label, and
immediately refined his independent release into the full-length
Hide Nothing. Many of his fans are familiar with Alber
through his romantic 1960s themed video of “End of the
World.”
