Web Design and Digital Communications The Marketing and Creative Services Department works closely with Office of Information Technology (OIT) to design web templates for incorporation into the Content Management System (CMS). Together with OIT we:
1. Marketing and Creative Services will work with each University division/department to design templates that are effective for the respective areas. 2. Once approved by the division/department, Marketing and Creative Services will provide the templates in html format to OIT. 3. The division/department personnel receive training in CMS and begin transitioning content into the CMS system using the newly designed templates. 4. If future design changes are needed, Marketing and Creative Services will revise the templates as needed.
