An annual giving program depends on a multi-faceted constituent base that includes alumni, corporate partners, foundation friends and, of course, faculty and staff. With first-hand understanding of FAU’s greatest needs, our faculty and staff, through voluntary gifts to the Annual Fund, can make a difference and help guide the University in its mission of excellence.
To date, with nearly $70,000 raised by 200 employees of the University, we are ahead of where we were last year at this time. If the momentum from faculty and staff continues to build, the 2006-07 Annual Fund drive will be the best ever.

We encourage you to join your colleagues who have already given. Your gift, no matter what the size, is important. It will be used to help the University meet its ongoing immediate goals—for example, this year we will be able to provide more than 470 scholarships to students through the First Generation Matching Gift Program. Each donation to the annual campaign enables FAU to strengthen its commitment to scholarship and research.
The Office of Annual Giving is grateful to those members of the faculty and staff who have so graciously chosen to support students and programs through participation in the Annual Fund. Gifts may be made through the payroll deduction plan, as well as with cash, checks and pledges. You may also give by authorizing payment on your credit card.
The table at right shows some of the areas in which faculty and staff contributions are making a difference.
