Please complete this form in its entirety for any equipment requests you may have for your event or program. This MUST be submitted at least seven (7) business days in advance of your event/program or the request will not be considered. Equipment (if available) is provided free of charge to Schedule A & B users, but charges are associated for Schedule C & D users. Users are responsible for setup. The type of equipment provided is at the discretion of the Jupiter Campus Administration, and any special requests for specific equipment will result in a charge/fee.
*The dividing wall between EC 101 and EC 102 remains open year-round to serve as a 100-seat classroom. Requests to open the wall are no longer needed.
