Space Equipment Request Form

Please complete this form in its entirety for any equipment requests you may have for your event or program. This MUST be submitted at least seven (7) days in advance of your event/program or the request will not be considered. Equipment is provided free of charge, but you are responsible for setup. The type of equipment provided is at the discretion of the Jupiter Campus Administration, and any special requests for specific equipment will result in a charge/fee.

*Please submit requests to open/close the dividing wall between EC 101 and EC 102 with this form as well. Requests would be submitted under "Additional Details/Comments."
