In Fall 2005, The Burrow opened its doors, giving our campus its first campus union.
So what is in The Burrow?
• The Nest (Convenience-type store)
• The Office of Student Life & Recreation
• Student Government Offices
• OWL TV
• Program Board office
• Cyber café area with 14 computers
• Games area
• TV entertainment area
• 2 lounges, Club Corner, student art, and more!
The Bookstore and University Police Department also have their offices in The Burrow.
With your Owl Card you can check out the pool cues or any other equipment.
What happens in The Burrow?
You name it! Some examples include the Health Fair, Career Fair, Women on the Move tour featuring several high profile celebrities and political speakers, several games tourneys, club meetings, Anime movie nights, Culture Quest (presentations about different countries), Student Government meetings, study groups, impromptu X-Box games, the Inter-Club Council Budget Dinner, a hypnotist, an art forum, and the list goes on!
What are the hours?
The hours are posted on campus. Like a true campus union, it is open late night, often until midnight and for those early risers, 8 AM.
