If you have a problem with your phone or line, please open a ticket through FAU's Online Help Desk specifying "PROBLEM" for telecommunications and provide details of the issue. If CSI determines that there will be charges, Customer Service will inform you before repair work has begun.
- All voice, cell phone, and Blackberry requests must be submitted through FAU's new Online Help Desk site.
- All CSI work is done on a charge-back basis and all service requests are by default assigned a minimum completion date of 7 business days. Although CSI does accept rush orders, there is an additional $50.00 fee.
- Costs for CSI services are published at: http://www.fau.edu/irm/phone/costs.php.
- If conduit is needed, you are required to submit a request through Work Control. IRM is not responsible for installing conduit. Our technicians will survey the area prior to work being performed and you will be notified if conduit is required. If it is, you will need to complete the Work Order Request at: http://uavp.fau.edu/cmsWeb/WorkControl/ and then inform IRM when the conduit has been successfully installed.
