Xpressions Voicemail is a billable feature and must be requested by your department before it will be active on your telephone. To request, please submit a ticket through the Online Helpdesk site.
CSI has updated all phonemail to Xpressions voicemail on all FAU campuses effective Monday, September 19, 2011.
Important: The first time you access Xpressions, you will be required to record your name and reset your password.
If you are accessing Xpressions from your desk, your previous access process still applies. The system will prompt you to:
1. Enter your extension and press #
2. Enter the default password (11111) and press #. Note: You will be prompted to record your name--this is required in order to gain access to your voicemail box.
3. Press 3 to listen to messages
4. Before ending the session, please reset your password. To access reset instructions use the link provided below.
If you are accessing Xpressions from any other FAU telephone:
1. Dial 7-6115
2. Enter your extension number and press #
3. Enter the default password (11111) and press #. Note: The first time you access your new voicemail box, you will be prompted to record your name--this is required in order to gain access to your voicemail box.
4. Press 3 to listen to messages.
5. Before ending the session, please reset your password. To access reset instructions, use the link provided below.
