Our staff supports all audiovisual, videoconferencing and classroom computer requests at the Jupiter and Port St. Lucie campuses.  If your class or meeting requires immediate assistance due to technical problems, contact the Jupiter Audiovisual Staff at 6-8709 or (561) 339-2776, or the Port St. Lucie Audiovisual Staff at 6-3327 or (772) 418-1190.

FAU employees should reserve equipment on either campus by submitting a request to the IRM Help Desk at http://www.fau.edu/helpdesk . (Ensure the request is a “general” request and specify the campus clearly.) Equipment that is needed on an ongoing basis for classes, should be requested at least two weeks before the start of a semester. Confirmation is necessary in order to ensure that the equipment is available for your class.
