Broward's Student Government board generously donated 30 new PCs to IRM-BCS.

The machines will be used to replace/upgrade the LA-303F instructional computer lab with new Dell GX-755 machines. These machines have 2 GB of memory, 80 GB of hard drive space, and 1.8 Core 2 processor.

IRM-BCS will use these new machines to test the new Windows Vista operating system in an instructional computer lab facility.

IRM-BCS truly appreciates the leadership of Broward's Student Government president, Priscilla Velasquez, as well as the leadership of the rest of the group, whose commitment to keep the best interests of the students in mind is always present. We hope that both students and professors will be thrilled to use this facility in the fall.
