FAU has room standards based on equipment assigned to each classroom. These standards are used by the Registrar’s Office to effectively assign space based on the pedagogical needs of each instructor

Overall, there are 8 advanced e-classrooms at the Fort Lauderdale campus, distributed among the Reubin O'D Askew Tower (AT), and the Higher Education Complex (HEC) buildings.
