• Broward Technology Services (BTS) provides computing services for the Broward campuses (Davie, Fort Lauderdale, and Dania Beach).

• Communication Infrastructure (CI) manages all aspects of networking and voice services, network design and security, the installation of the communications infrastructure for new construction and renovations, ComWare, Phonemail, Intelli-SPEECH, and operator services.

• Enterprise Systems (ES) manages computing systems/servers, student computing labs, and user services.

• Fiscal Management (FM) manages OIT accounts receivable, billing functions, and budget planning.

• Northern Technology Services (NTS) provides computing services for the Jupiter and Treasure Coast campuses.

• Web Services (OCS) supports services such as MyFAU, Blackboard, the University's main web site (wise), and also classroom technology and videoconferencing.
