As of September 5, 2017, USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service) no longer accepts initial requests for DACA (Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals). USCIS will continue to adjudicate DACA renewal requests received by October 5, 2017 from current beneficiaries whose benefits expire between September 5, 2017 and March 5, 2018 https://www.uscis.gov/archive/consideration-deferred-action-childhood-arrivals-daca.
