FAU Campus Services

FAU Campus Services offers a wide variety of resources to meet students' needs. From athletics, entertainment, health, transportation, and dining, to academic research, student safety, copy, and postal services, Campus Services supports all the university community's needs. Athletics
In addition to the individual activities and classes offered through the Recreation Department, there are also intercollegiate team sports in football, basketball, and swimming to play or watch.

Banking
BankAtlantic has a full-service branch located in the Student Services Building West. In addition to this branch, there are four ATMs located on campus.

Campus Copy
Black-and-white or color copies, transparencies, and faxing are available. Located between Starbucks and the Bookstore.

Pack-N-Post
Shipping, mailing, and stamps are available. Located between Starbucks and the Bookstore.

The Owl Card Center
The Owl Card Center issues the official picture identification card for the university. The Owl Card is optional for all IEI students. It may be obtained by presenting a driver's license or passport. An Owl Card is needed to use the university library and recreation facilities. Located in the Student Union Building.

Available for purchase in the Owl Card Center.

University Police
The FAU Police is a full-service law enforcement agency, made up of state-certificated law enforcement officers. They patrol by marked cars, golf carts, bicycles, and on foot to keep FAU one of the state's safest universities.

The University Bookstore
The FAU Bookstore stocks all textbooks for all courses offered on campus, reference books and school supplies, as well as convenience foods, drinks, clothing, insignia merchandise and greeting cards. Located on the central walkway (the Breezeway).

Library
Students can find a broader range of information in the library, both electronically and on paper, than is available through computer search engines. Most of the library's services are now available to students online, as well as in person at the library. A current Owl Card is necessary to check out materials or access the online card catalog.

University Galleries
The Ritter Art Gallery is located on the second floor of the Breezeway. The Schmidt Center Gallery is located in the Performing Arts building of the Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and Letters.

Theater
The Department of Theater and Dance presents plays, musicals, and dance programs for the public. The box office is located in the University Center lobby.
