University Admission
Qualified undergraduate and graduate students who meet the academic requirements for international students often attend our program to bring their English knowledge and ability up to university level standards. In addition to learning academic level grammar, reading, writing, listening, and speaking in our classrooms, these students also prepare for and take the Institutional TOEFL exam, given at the end of each 14-week semester. Students may present their TOEFL scores along with all other supporting documents to the admissions office at this or any other university for consideration. Students who are fully committed to enroll at Florida Atlantic University, have a 3.0 grade point average in the highest education level attained (high school or university), and otherwise satisfy all FAU requirements for admission with the exception of English attainment also have the option of applying to the PAR Program. |
