• An upper-division residence hall with apartment-style living will increase on-campus housing by 50% and enhance student involvement in campus activities. Students who are on campus and get involved become active supporters of the University and eventually supportive alumni.
• The new residence hall—set to open in
  August 2011—will provide more than 1,200 new beds, and Phase II, of approximately equal size, will come online after that.
• The premium apartment-style living with four-bedroom and two bedroom units, each with two bathrooms, will enhance the University’s effort to continue to attract high-quality students from across the region, Florida, the nation and the world.
