Healthy Leaders

Great leaders take care of themselves: they eat balanced meals to fuel their busy schedules and effectively de-stress after long days. Great leaders also understand that self-care looks different from person to person, and empower others to make responsible choices for their health. Join Owls Care in an expansive discussion on choices, society, values, and wellbeing that will challenge your personal definition of health and broaden the scope of your leadership skills.

Sports Leadership

Targeted towards students who are passionate about sports and living an active and healthy lifestyle.

Leading as a Graduate-Professional Student
