| Online Surveys: Snap Survey Software is available to departments and administrative units which need to conduct surveys on the Internet. IEA staff are available to assist with access to the software and training on the use of Snap to create surveys for FAU departments and administrative units. |

| Paper and Pencil Surveys: IEA supports paper and pencil surveys with the use of scannable forms. IEA staff are available for consultation on the content, design and layout of survey forms. |

| Design and Analysis consultation: IEA staff stand ready to assist you with any questions related to survey design, content, and analysis. |

| Sampling: IEA staff can assist you in the identification and assembly of a sample of students to administer your survey to. |
