All address changes for student employees are to be completed by the Student Employment office. Student employees can change their address by completing a Personal Data Sheet or by sending an email with the new address and Z number to email@example.com The Personal Data sheet can also be sent via email, as well as by fax or dropped off in person (Administration Building, Room 102). Completed forms should be faxed to 561-297-2404. Please note: the employment address cannot be updated in MyFAU.
Any student employees needing to change their name or Social Security Number, must come to the Student Employment office (Administration Building, Room 102) with an original social security card bearing the new name or number. Student employees should also come prepared to complete a new W-4 form for the name or number change.

ADDRESS CHANGES for NON-STUDENT EMPLOYEES
Non-Student employees (OPS, SP, Amp, Faculty) who need to update their address should send an email to Processing and Records firstname.lastname@example.org.
Students who have never been employed by FAU and who need to update their address should send an email to email@example.com or log in to MyFAU to make those changes.
