New Employee Toolkit For AMP & SP Employees

Entering a new position can be a challenging experience, especially in a complex organization such as Florida Atlantic University.  That is why the Florida Atlantic University Employee Relations Services Team is providing supervisors and each new employee with the resources necessary to become a successful member of the Florida Atlantic University community.

The New Employee Toolkit guides supervisors and new employees, providing important information that affects employment at FAU, beginning with the pre-hire phase and continuing through the early stages of an employee’s career. 

New Employee Guide:

The New Employee Guide consists of checklists for supervisors and new employees that will help new employees acclimate to Florida Atlantic University quickly and successfully.  Also included in this section is a Probationary Period Guide for supervisors and new SP employees.

The Resources Page is a compilation of useful information and links to help new employees become more familiar with Florida Atlantic University. This page also provides direct links to departments that participate in New Employee Orientation, held every Monday at 8:45 a.m. in the Human Resources Conference Room 118.
