          The program would be year round with six group workshop&#13;
          sessions, one every other month beginning in August 2010.&#13;
          Each workshop would run from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. and include&#13;
          a panel discussion, a networking lunch session, and an&#13;
          introduction to a learning activity that would apply&#13;
          content presented in the workshop content. Each workshop&#13;
          would focus on one major division of support services -&#13;
          Administrative Services, Academic Affairs, Operations,&#13;
          Student Affairs, and University Advancement/Community&#13;
          Relations.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
          &lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;span&#13;
          style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 11px"&gt;&#13;
          At each workshop, each candidate would be assigned a more&#13;
          senior campus leader with whom they would meet at least&#13;
          once in the month between sessions. The candidate would&#13;
          have the opportunity to meet with five different leaders&#13;
          by the end of the program. A minimum of eight and a&#13;
          maximum of ten candidates would be selected along with&#13;
          ten senior campus leaders would be recruited. The final&#13;
          workshop session would include a graduation ceremony and&#13;
          awarding of a certificate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

          the goal is to "grow our own", the Committee accepts that&#13;
          individuals might find leadership roles elsewhere in the&#13;
          university, at other institutions of higher education, or&#13;
          even in organizations outside of higher education.++++The&#13;
