<p align="left"><span style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 11px"><strong>The minimum participant requirements are:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 11px">Personal interest and commitment to participate in and complete the entire program
</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 11px"> Permission and support from supervisor
</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 11px"> Completion of a bachelor's degree
</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 11px"> At least 1 year of employment at the University, full time in an SP or AMP position
</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 11px"> Current Performance appraisal at "Achieves" or higher in the last twelve months
</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 11px"> No disciplinary actions in their Human Resources file in the last twelve months </span></li>
</ul>

<p><span style="color: #666666; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 11px">The selection committee includes the Leadership Programs members and Vice President and Associate Provost, Regional Campuses. </span></p></td>
