| Selection of Candidates
Candidates would apply for the program. The minimum requirements are:
- Personal interest and commitment to complete the entire program
- Permission and support from supervisor
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year on the job at the University, full time in an SP or AMP position
- Performance appraisal at "Achieves" or higher in the last twelve months
- No disciplinary actions in their Human Resources file in the last twelve months
The application packet will include:
- Application
- Current resume
- Personal statement of 100 words or less describing why the candidate would like to be involved in this leadership program
The selection committee would include the Staff Development Task Force members and Vice President and Associate Provost Stephens. |
