Selection of Candidates

Selection of Candidates A minimum of eight and a maximum ten candidates will be selected to participate in the Program; all candidates must apply to the program.

The minimum participant requirements are:

  • Personal interest and commitment to participate in and complete the entire program
  • Permission and support from supervisor
  • Completion of a bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of employment at the University, full time in an SP or AMP position
  • Current Performance appraisal at "Achieves" or higher in the last twelve months
  • No disciplinary actions in their Human Resources file in the last twelve months

The application packet will include:

  • Application
  • Current resume
  • Personal statement of no more than 100 words describing why the candidate would like to be involved in this leadership program

The selection committee includes the Leadership Programs members and Vice President and Associate Provost, Regional Campuses.
