Current residents can sign a 2012–13 Housing Contract online via MyFAU https://myfau.fau.edu.  Students must submit the Housing Contract by 11pm on March 15 to partipate in room selection.

Note: During the contract submission process you will be asked to select a preference for your residence hall room/apartment type.  This is NOT the same as choosing your room, and you will need to return to the online system on the appropriate day listed below in order to select and secure a room of your choice.

March 12-15

Students who have submitted a Housing Contract can select a roommate/ suitemate/apartment mate (if desired).

March 19

7 am – 11 pm

Squatters (students wishing to request the same room for 2012-2013 they currently occupy) sign up.

March 21

7 am – 11 pm

Displaced residents who currently live on 1st – 3rd floors of Innovation Village South or others notified by Housing may select a room.

March 22

7 am – 11 pm

Students who have more than 30 credits and graduate students may fill a suite or apartment.  This option is only available if students are able to fill the entire suite or apartment.

March 23

7 am – 11 pm

Students who have more than 30 credits and graduate students may select a room.  

March 26

7 am – 11 pm

Students who have less than 31 credits may fill a suite or apartment.  This option is only available if students are able to fill the entire suite or apartment.

March 27

7 am – 11 pm

Students who have less than 31 credits may select a room. 

March 29

9am  – 5pm

Room Change Day for those students interested in changing their requested assignment. Students will need to come by the Housing Office to request a room change.

March 30

9am  – 5pm

Commuter Sign Up Day (students must submit their housing contract by March 15). Current FAU students who do not live on campus may select a room.
