Connecting to your FAU Home directory from On-Campus Housing

 There are two ways to connect to your M: drive in the resident halls and apartments.

 

Option 1:  Open your web browser e.g.) Internet Explorer  

 

Go to http://andi.fau.edu and the follow the instructions displayed on the ANDI Web Portal webpage.

Option 2:  Windows 2000/XP

           

  • Right mouse click on the “My Computer” or “My Network places” icon found on your desktop or possibly in the Start menu.

  • Click on “Map Network Drive”

  • Select a drive letter and in the folder section enter \\fauandi2\student$\”username”  
  • Put in your FAU id for the “username” e.g.) \\fauandi2\student$\jsmith
