Important Tips for Prospective Students
- Spaces are limited and fill up quickly, so apply early.
- There are very few single rooms, and we cannot guarantee single rooms for everyone who makes the request. The earlier you apply, the better your chances will be.
- The basic housing contract covers an entire academic year. You are responsible for the terms of the contract. 12 month contracts are also available.
- If you want to live with someone you know (of the same gender), you must request each other on both or all of your contracts. While we do our best to match students who request one another, our ability to do so is dependent upon how many people make roommate requests and at what time our vacancies fill up.
- Students living in the residence halls are required to participate in the Campus Meal Plan Program. For information, please visit our Dining Services page.
- If you plan to request special housing consideration based upon a disability or health concern, please contact the Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD) at (561) 297-3880. We must receive paperwork from OSD by June 1 in order to consider your request.
