You can get a new Protect Wild Dolphins plate or renew your plate in person at any Florida Tax Collector or tag agency. For office locations, click here

By Mail at Renewal Time
To order by mail, download a PDF of the Harbor Branch license plate renewal form and mail it to your tax collector or tag agency with your registration renewal notice.

By Mail Anytime
You can get a new Protect Wild Dolphins plate anytime…you don’t have to wait until your next birthday or renewal time Click here to download a PDF of the license plate replacement form and mail it to your county tax collector.

Online
Purchase a new Protect Wild Dolphins plate online through Point and Pay E-payment Services. (You will need the PIN number that accompanies your vehicle registration renewal notice or your vehicle tag number to complete this online transaction.)
