Ryan O’Rourke serves as the Coordinator of the Fraternity & Sorority Life at Florida Atlantic University. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication. Aside from his full time role on our campus, Ryan serves on the CAMPUSPEAK Facilitation Team and through that opportunity has led the many experiential leadership programs on campuses throughout the country. He also actively volunteers for several inter/national fraternal organizations, including his own fraternity Sigma Alpha Epsilon, developing curriculum for, and facilitating at, many regional & national leadership development programs. Ryan is also an active volunteer within the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA).

Spring-Eve Rosado serves as a Coordinator of Fraternity & Sorority Life here at Florida Atlantic University. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Classical Civilizations and Sociology and she earned her Master’s Degree in Higher Education & Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina. In addition to her role in the office, Spring is an active volunteer within the Association of Fraternity & Sorority Advisors (AFA) and the Junior League of Boca Raton. Spring is a proud member of Chi Omega Fraternity.
Spring's areas of responsibility:

Direct advisement of the CPA & CPA chapters, direct advisement of the IFC & IFC chapters, liaison to all IFC & CPA chapter advisors, liaison to IFC & CPA inter/national organizations including on-campus IFC & CPA HQ staff members (consultants, etc)

Sean O’Brien serves as the Graduate Assistant for the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life here at Florida Atlantic University. Sean is pursuing a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership with a focus in Higher Education. He received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Advertising from the University of South Florida in May of 2009. Sean maintains active membership in local groups and national organizations such as the Association of Fraternity & Sorority Advisors, Order of Omega, and Omicron Delta Kappa. Sean also works closely with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital advising a local student organization and volunteering in various capacities. Sean feels a great deal of passion for his fraternity and loves to share his experience with all students.
