What if I need to have a university regulation waived? Complete the Request to Waive a University Regulation (Form 10). Please note this form must be typed, and approved by your college prior to submitting it to the Graduate College for final approval.
My thesis/dissertation requires conducting research on human subjects. Do I need this approved? Yes. Complete the Research Compliance and Safety form (Form 12) and attach it to your Plan of Study.
What does it cost to publish my thesis/dissertation? Fees vary depending on the publishing type you select (Traditional versus Open Access). Please visit the ProQuest Information and Learning (PQIL) website for the most current information on costs: http://www.il.proquest.com/dissertationagree. To access the website, input "dissertations" for User Name and "publish" for the password.
