Graphic Noise: art at 100 decibelsSchmidt Center Gallery Public Space November 10, 2006 - January 27, 2007 Artists: A variety of over 400 artists.
According to rock poster historian and author, Paul Grushkin, the world of concert poster art is exploding before our eyes and the production of posters is at an all time high. But more than quantity, the quality and variety of styles and aesthetics achieved are astounding. Glancing through the over 400 posters included in Graphic Noise your head will spin at bold uses of color, form, typography, and line. It is this new generation of poster art - passionate, daring and inspiring that Graphic Noise celebrates.
