Photographs in the exhibit were taken by participants from the  13 Palm Beach County Boys & Girls Clubs, ages 6 - 17 years old,  who learn photography skills and take photographs during  scheduled club field trips within the community.

Artist Mentorship Program


ReFocus is a new arts integration collaboration between the University Galleries, FAU and the Boys & Girls Club Teen Center in Belle Glade. ReFocus combines the visual arts and environmental sciences to explore conservation and art by using recycled materials provided by the Resource Depot in West Palm Beach.



Directions & Parking

From I-95 or the Florida's Turnpike North/South, exit onto Glades Road, heading east. Approximately 1 mile from I-95, turn left at the light on West University Drive. Immediately on the right is an Information Booth where you can obtain a $2 Visitor's Permit. On opening night ( March 7 ), FREE PARKING will be available to our visitors. Once you leave the Information Booth, take the first right at Indian River Street, then your first left onto Dade Ave. Continue down the road until it curves to the left, and a parking garage will be on your right. Metered parking is also available in Lot #19 and additional Visitor Permit parking in Lot #20. Both lots are on your right before you get to the parking garage. An online map of the campus is available at:
