Facts About AEPi

Motto: Developing Leadership for the Jewish Community.

Mission Statement: A goal of our fraternity is to help each student to develop character, responsibility and a proper set of values through living together in brotherhood. Alpha Epsilon Pi prepares young men for their role in life as responsible citizens. 

Founded: November 7, 1913 at New York University

Local Founding Date: May 13, 1987

Colors: Blue and Gold

Flower: Fleur-De-Lis

Mascot: Lion  

National Philanthropy: The Repair the World Fund currently supports 10 Beneficiaries. These organizations are BBYO, B'nai B'rith's Disaster Relief Program, Gift of Life, Heroes to Heroes, Israel Children's Cancer Foundation, IDF Widows & Orphans Organization, Innovation: Africa, MadaTech Museum, Simon Wiesenthal Center, and Birthright Israel. 

 


Local Chapter Facts

  • Oldest IFC fraternity at FAU
  • Recipient of three National Awards including Alpha Epsilon Pi's "Best Delegation" at the 2014 AEPi South Regional Conclave
  • Recipient for Outstanding Philanthropy, Member Recruitment, Notable Birthright Recruitment, and The Overall Chapter Progress Award at the AEPi 103rd International Convention
  • Chapter has two Undergraduate Supreme Governors for the AEPi National Supreme Board
  • Spring 2016 Cumulative GPA: 2.85
  • Total raised in 2016 (Spring and Fall combined): $6,105.00
  • Total raised in 2017 (Spring): $10,980.85
