Hispanic
workers often will not ask questions when they don't understand. Many fear losing
their jobs and the ability to support their families. Your
ability to communicate effectively with them will make a safer and more productive
workplace.

This
is a very different kind of language class. If you want to study Don Quijote
de la Mancha, or become fluent in the Spanish language, this is not the course
for you. This course is designed for construction supervisors that must communicate
effectively with their Spanish-speaking employees. You need not know or understand
one word of Spanish to enter this class. When you finish you will be able to use
Spanish to communicate effectively with your Spanish-speaking employees. What
little Spanish the average U.S. worker remembers from high school is practically
useless for communication in the fast pace environment that is a construction
site where such a deficiency may even constitute a serious safety hazard. Developed
right here in south Florida by a U.S. Construction Worker of Spanish heritage
proficient in language instruction having been trained by the Bertliz School of
Languages and having more than 10 years experience teaching both Spanish and English
in South America and the USA, and assisted by the leading safety professional
in Florida, Dr. Benjamin Roger Kidder. This
course provides the best means for a fast and easy way to understand and be understood
by Spanish-speaking construction workers.
