<p align="center"><span style="color:#000066"><strong><span style="font-size:14pt; ">ED SCHIFF</span><br />Director of Purchasing<br />Florida Atlantic University<br />Administration Building, Office 121<br />Boca Raton, FL 33431</strong><br /><br /></span> <img height="4" border="0" width="400" alt="Bar" src="/id0901f484800a8230" /></p><p align="justify"><span style="color:#000066">Mr. Schiff was appointed Director of Purchasing and holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from FAU.</span></p><p align="justify"><span style="color:#000066">With an interest in public purchasing and information technology, Ed Schiff was originally recruited by FAU as a Senior Purchasing Agent and later advanced to Purchasing Coordinator, Assistant Director, Associate Director and ultimately, Director of Purchasing.</span></p><p align="justify"><span style="color:#000066">Mr. Schiff completed a three-year program with the College Business Management Institute and served on the Fiscal Systems Reporting Consortium Subcommittee for the development of a system-wide e-requisitioning platform. In addition, he is a team member of the Inter-institutional Committee on Purchasing Technical Subcommittee for the evaluation of electronic commerce methodologies and also serves as a programmer and sy</span></p><p align="justify"><span style="color:#000066">As a two time recipient of the FAU Owl Watch award, as well as the State of Florida/Davis Tax Watch award, Mr Schiff has brought several new programs to FAU, including the Purchasing VISA Card Program, ePayables, Office Products On-Line and the Virtual Showroom.
