FAU's College of Business offers AACSB-accredited and top-ranked graduate level degrees designed for busy professionals who want to advance their skills without career interruption. FAU Business Leader of the Year Awards Breakfast - Tickets Available!
In its 22nd year, the FAU Business Leader of the Year celebrates the extraordinary accomplishments of Florida leaders. Selected for his excellence in leadership, innovation, and social responsibility, this year's honoree is Jordan Zimmerman, founder and chairman of Zimmerman Advertising.
Held at the Boca Raton Resort on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., this event provides attendees the opportunity to network with the FAU business community and support student scholarships. Register to attend at business.fau.edu/bloy.
Entrepreneurs in Residence Appointments Available
The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) program offers FAU students, faculty, alumni and FAU Business Plan competitors an opportunity to receive one-on-one mentoring with highly experienced entrepreneurs and executives. The Center's EIR program brings practical and pragmatic essentials to the entrepreneurs as they develop their business plans and throughout the launch of their entrepreneurial ventures.

Entrepreneur Boot Camp is a fast-paced certificate course empowering promising entrepreneurs and ambitious small business owners with the tools to write a successful business plan, find financial support and design the right operation for success! From discovering the most effective research tools available to the fundamental concepts for creating an impactful marketing campaign, Entrepreneur Boot Camp covers the essential components to a successful business plan.

Volunteers Needed for Business Leader of the Year Event
The FAU Business Leader of the Year has celebrated the extraordinary accomplishments of Florida leaders since 1991. Selected for his excellence in leadership, innovation, and social responsibility, this year's honoree is Jordan Zimmerman, founder and chairman of Zimmerman Advertising, entrepreneur and philanthropist.
Held at the Boca Raton Resort on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., this event provides FAU Faculty and Staff a wonderful opportunity to represent this great University in an opulent setting among the business elite.
Event volunteers are needed on Feb. 28th from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. for the following roles:
- Event Greeter
- Check-In Host/Hostess
- Seating Usher
