Established with the approval of the Florida Atlantic University Board of Trustees on July 22, 2009, the FAU Finance Corporation is a Florida non-for-profit corporation organized and operated exclusively to receive, hold, invest and administer property and to make expenditures to or for the benefit of Florida Atlantic University.
