waste containers must have a radioactive waste log (RSO-11) attached to it. Waste must be segregated into the following: | |||

| Liquid Scintillation Vials | |||

| To have radioactive waste picked up from your lab: 1. Complete an RSO-9, (Request for Radioactive Waste Pick-Up) 2. Fax the form to 7-2210 or email it to ehs@fau.edu 3. Fill out the Waste Pickup Request Form | |||
