1. How are Blue Light Phone repairs handled?
After the weekly report is received in the Buildings and Grounds office, it is immediately distributed to the Police and Telecommunications Departments. The Telecommunications Department is responsible for repairs to the phone line and replacing the phone set, if necessary. Buildings and Grounds is responsible for repairing the lights and providing the phone sets to Telecommunications. All repairs are generally made within 24 - 48 hours.
