Offices and Office Suites

This item provides performance frequency information and details about maintenance in offices and office suite rooms.

Once per week:

  • All office cleaning will scheduled to occur between 8 AM and 5 PM.
  • Empty waste receptacles and change liners. Clean receptacles as required.
  • Clean private restrooms located within offices (public restroom standards will be followed.)
  • Dust cleared furniture tops, desk lamps, and bookshelves.
  • Vacuum traffic areas and remove spots/spillage from carpeted floors.
  • Spot clean doors and glass.
  • Vacuum thoroughly.
  • Clean doors, door glass, and telephone.
  • Dust mop and wet mop tiled floors.
  • High dust coat racks, clocks, ledges, pipes, vents, blinds, and connecting vertical and horizontal wall surfaces.
  • Remove scuffmarks and/or spray buff tiled floors.
  • Vacuum fabric covered sofas and chairs.
