Order Transcripts

Official transcript requests are available through the FAU Self-Service (OWLS) system available 24x7 with the exception of minor maintenance periods.

If you need additional documents sent with the transcripts, please use the form found at http://www.fau.edu/registrar/pdf/Docs/ADM_9019_Off_Trans_last.pdf to make the transcript request. Fill out the form and attach the additional documents. Online requests cannot accommodate additional documents.

Current Students
Those enrolled in at least one of the last three terms need to login to MyFAU and go to "FAU Self-Service (OWLS)" in the channel along the left side of the screen.

Alumni and Former Students
Those who have graduated or have NOT taken a course in at least one of the last three terms should follow the directions below:

Logging into FAU Self-Service:

To log into FAU Self-Service (OWLS), you will need to use your new student ID number — the Z-number — and PIN. The Self-Service login page has a link to help you get your Z-number if you do not know or have forgotten it. (click on the "Forgot FAU Z number?" button on the login screen).

Your PIN is based on your birth date in MMDDYY format. For example, if your birthday is 03/07/82 your PIN would be 030782.

Ordering your transcript:

Once in FAU Self-Service, select "Student Services" to get the student services menu. From that menu select:

"Student Records"

and then

"Order Official Transcript" or view "Unofficial Transcript"

From there, follow the instructions on the individual pages.
Note that there is a $10 fee per official transcript.

Transcript holds and billing problems should be addressed to Student Financial Services 561-297- 3105
