Welcome to the Florida Atlantic University Office of Event Management.

The Event Management Office was established in an effort to provide a more efficient and effective process for managing events on the Boca Raton campus.

This office is also charged with the non-academic scheduling of all campus space and promoting its use by outside clients.

  • Our office will assist you with every aspect of event planning, from space usage to catering to parking and more.

  • Our staff will provide a single point of contact for all services needed to plan and host events here at FAU.

  • Our professional staff will work with you through the entire process.
