Both CNN and Good Morning America have reached out to Cristobal Salinas, Jr., Ph.D. for expert knowledge.

CNN interviewed Salinas about his research on the term Latinx before publishing an article titled Why people are split on using 'Latinx'. Salinas is an assistant professor in the department of Educational Leadership and Research Methodology housed within FAU College of Education. His research promotes access and equality in higher education and explores the social and political context of education opportunities for historically marginalized communities.
