President Brogan Eager to Speak at November 3rd Lecture

FAU President, Frank Brogan, says he is looking forward to addressing Wednesday Lecture Series audience about the challenges of regionalism. The esteemed president (and former lieutenant governor of Florida) noticed the FAPS exhibit at the ICC Festival in Davie and took an interest in the activities of our organization. He discussed with us the importance of regional planning in our unique state.

After accepting the customary FAPS trinkets, the president also remarked that FAU is one of the few institutions that crosses distinct political boundaries and must consider the interests of a broad, diverse area.

Many FAPS members have expressed an interest in the SCRIPPS research facility project in Palm Beach County, and what role FAU will play.

President Brogan’s lecture is scheduled for November 3rd, at 5:30 in room HEC 1110 of the Downtown campus.
