The Curriculum

The major goal of the academic curriculum for the Ethnic Studies Program is to make students aware of cultural and racial diversity within the United States through a focused program of scholarly study. A minimum of 15 credit hours in ethnic studies courses will enable students to earn a Certificate in Ethnic Studies which will be awarded upon completion of the Baccalaureate Degree. Course substitutions may be permitted, depending on student needs and advisor approval.
