Too often we are at the mercy of the external world and the thoughts in our minds, which can lead us to be anxious, afraid and unhappy. In this talk you will learn how to incorporate “The Practice” into daily life. This set of spiritual tools aligns our mind, body and heart. You will see that by changing the thoughts of the mind we can experience significant shifts in attitude and cultivate the ability to release negative thoughts about the past and fears regarding the future. We will embark on a new way of looking at things and learn to live life happily in the present moment.
