Arthur Solomon, Ph.D., is a graduate of Brown University and holds a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University. He has been a professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a partner on Wall Street. Currently, he is the Chairman and Chief Executive of a national real estate development firm. In addition, he owns two minor league baseball teams, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Toronto Blue Jays affiliate) and the Bowling Green Hot Rods (Tampa Bay Rays affiliate) and his children own the New Britain Rock Cats (Minnesota Twins affiliate). While a lifelong baseball junkie, his own career peaked as a shortstop in the Little League at age 12.
