Arthur Green is a highly decorated United States Information Agency Senior Foreign Service Officer. His four-decade diplomatic career placed him at the nexus of American Middle East foreign policy and the 24/7 global information revolution. Mr. Green served in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and in Doha, Qatar. He managed the USIA Washington Foreign Press Center during the Clinton Administration. Arthur characterizes himself as a disciple of Henry Kissinger’s school of real-politik and Gandhi’s maxim “Seek to understand if you wish to be understood.” Arthur served at the senior staff level at US Central Command and US Special Operations Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa (2005-2011 in a strategic communication cell). Mr. Green currently serves as a US State Dept. Reservist, Bureau of North African and Near Eastern Affairs (Public Diplomacy cone).
