Early
Action (Non-Binding) - December
15. Because admission is competitive,
students with a strong desire to attend
the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College
should apply for admission under the
Early Action Plan. The postmark deadline
is December 15 and all supporting materials
must be received by December 31. Early
Action applicants will be notified of
their admission status within six weeks
after all required application materials
are received. Students admitted by Early
Action will be given priority consideration
for scholarships.
Regular: Students applying after December
15 will be considered for admission until
the freshman and transfer classes are
filled. Because there is limited space
in the entering class and in the residence
halls, students are strongly encouraged
to apply as early as possible and to
see that all supporting materials are
submitted in a timely manner. Early applications
will receive priority in terms of both
admissions decisions and scholarship
awards. All applicants normally will
be notified of their admission status
within six weeks after all required application
materials are received.
