Joe Williams is a native of Florida and comes from the city of St.Cloud in Osceola County. He became a freshman in the Fall of 2009 at the Honors College. He likes to consider himself a "renaissance man" because he loves to participate and explore all that the Honors College has to offer, including the recreational and other clubs on campus. He is a part of the Pre-Med society, Players Club, Musically Inclined Club, plays intramural frisbee, and is Assistant Program Board Director for Student Government. "I like the Honors College because it is so personable. Here, nothing is out of my grasp. I always feel like the professors know me and care about my progress in class.”
