Alex came to the Honors College in the Fall of 2008 from William T. McFatter Technical High School in Davie, FL. Upon his arrival at the HC, Alex was awarded the Leadership Scholarship, which has allowed him to expand on his studies. Alex has completed internships for Compass Inc, in Lake Worth, FL, and for Loyola University in Chicago, IL. After graduation, he plans on attending graduate school in political science or education.

He likes hanging out with his peers, reading, and is involved in many campus organizations from Spectrum to MacRSA to Student Government, where he currently serves as Campus Governor.

Alex loves the Honors College because “not only has it allowed me to have a variety of opportunities academically and socially, but my peers are some of the best people I have ever met.”
